Once you apply to become a translator, our team sends you a customized screening test centered on the specialization(s) you select in your application (such as Consultancy or Medical). You are then required to fill out a questionnaire to tell us more about the role you’re interested in, whether it’s a full-time job or freelance position, and what language pairs you would work with.
We screen candidates based on their proficiency in their source and target languages, general translation skills, and qualifications, in addition to their demonstration of creativity, efficiency, and speed.
