How we handle your data.
Tarjama processes information for governments, enterprises, and individuals worldwide. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have. Built on ISO 27001-certified security infrastructure.

Tarjama collects information you provide directly to us when you request a quote, contact our team, sign up for our products (T-Portal, Cleverso, Arabic.Ai), submit a job application, or subscribe to our newsletter. This may include:

How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services, to fulfill the agreements we have with you, and to communicate about projects and the company. Specifically, we use information to:

Content you submit for translation
Content uploaded to Tarjama platforms for translation, localization, or processing is treated as confidential client material. We do not use client content to train public AI models. Where content is used internally to improve our proprietary translation memory or to fine-tune Arabic.Ai engines for that specific client, this is done within the scope of the engagement and subject to confidentiality protections.
Our handling of client content is certified under ISO 27001, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logs. Sovereign data residency options are available for clients requiring content to remain within specific jurisdictions.
